Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm running fairly conservative spacers: 8mm front and 12mm rear, but they're just perfect IMO.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm lowered and have no issues with 15mm up front. I don't know about the width of the rear spacers on a wide body with OEM wheels.

I currently have 11+63 on the rear with a 17mm spacer, so (11+46) as it came from the factory and it's flush on a WB. Fronts are 8+50 with no spacer.
Offset works backwards so a 15 mm spacer would bring the front from 8+50 to 8+35. You can look up pictures of a C4S with 18x8+35 to see how an 18x8+50 would look with a 15 mm spacer...

lol, I believe he was as mine is nowhere near touching with the stock suspension. Even with the slightly wider spacer in the rear.
The PSS9s look spot on. I've been struggling with going coilovers over stock as I daily mine in winter. Feal Coilovers have a "Long Stroke" option that may suit my application where I can actually raise the car during the snowy months but I have yet to contact them to fully understand the implications of going that route.

PS: I see you're from the Bay and will assume you're as happy as me about the Niners
I was - sorry about that. Got carried away cause I was so in love with the stance and wideness of the rear of your car.
It gives me confidence that you can get away with the 18mm's in the rear, I,ve ordered the same from rennline with 15mm fronts. I just felt the rear would have sat a tad too wide, but your setup looks terrific. I'm running H&R RSS coilovers (a bit stiff to be honest) so between the PSS9's height capabilities and the H&R's, i should be about the same. I like running 1 finger fender gap.
Thank's for the post and if you have any other shots of the car, I'd love to see that. Like rear shot to see if there is any poke from the rear tires. You're running 295's? With 11 inch wheels right?
Hi, an old post I am responding to. I have just got hold of a 2004 C4S and looking to do the suspension + spacers soon. I love the 18mm rear and 10 front. Looks perfect at those specs. Did you ever get your suspension done? How did those spacer specs work with it if you did. Thanks
Here's a shot of my recently lowered '04 C4S on Bilstein B8s and H&R springs. I'm running fairly conservative spacers: 8mm front and 12mm rear, but they're just perfect IMO. The rear springs will settle a bit more as I drive the car more, so the fitment is perfect for the spacers.
C4S with 8&12mm spacers
15mm front and rear looks great.
I had some 7mm spacers on the front. Not only were they not wide enough but they also are too slim to be true hub centric ones and they introduced a unwanted vibration above 65mph. Definitely get the hub centric ones unless you want more problems.
