Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Check fuses c1-4 and all is good' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check easy stuff first' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I've replaced both front coffin arms since but that's unlikely to be related.

I'm running a piggy back fuse to give power to the wireless USB charger on the dash so I moved that out the way for access.

Make sure you check the voltage on your battery too, even if new.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey all. I stupidly left my car unlocked in the garage with a door open and flattened the battery. After both charging and reconditioning the battery on a CTEK, the car won't crank. I don't think the fuel pump is coming on either. I thought the battery might be dead so bought a new one, it still won't crank. I've checked fuses C1-4 and all is good. I've tried both keys and get the same behaviour. Maybe some sort of immobilizer issue after letting the battery die?
It's just been serviced but was running fine. I've replaced both front coffin arms since but that's unlikely to be related.
Before I call the shop, any suggestions of what to check?
Is everything else in the car working? Like headlights (big amp draw), rear defogger, windows, radio etc? Or are they exhibiting weird behavior? Make sure you check the voltage on your battery too, even if new. Lastly, are the terminals clean? Both car side and battery?
Check the easy stuff first. I can't see why a dead battery is creating a no start condition. Check engine light on?
Have you taken the key and manually locked and unlocked the driver's door? Just a guess, but maybe the car is stuck in that weird limbo mode where the car puts itself to sleep after 5 days (or whatever the number) and you have to wake it back up with the key being used in the door. I would still do the second step and turn the key in the ignition within 10 seconds of locking and unlocking the door just in case the alarm needs to be disarmed.
Fixed it. It was my fault
When I'd flattened the battery, I'd used the post in the fise box to get 12v to open the frunk. I'm running a piggy back fuse to give power to the wireless USB charger on the dash so I moved that out the way for access. Then I didn't put it back in the right place. As soon as I moved it, everything worked again. The tell tale, aside from the car not cranking, was both the new airbag fault and the wireless charger being permanently live, rather than on switched live as before.
Still, I've learnt more about the car and can now confidently find the relay board as a result
