I just checked the can and it doesn't indicate matte or satin, so I assume it is just the paint.
Leading evidence: 'Check can and it doesn't indicate matte or satin' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check can and it doesn't indicate matte or satin' (1 discussions). I used the above for savannah beige and it worked great.

I used Color Bond LVP Refinisher for my Savanna Beige interior.

I used nail polish remover and a plastic scrapper to do the seat belt trim you mentioned.

I used sandpaper for the seat adjustment panel first and didn't think it worked as well as the green scotchbrites.

I just did some test sprays of Colorbond #1130 graphite grey to give my interior the same treatment but it came out significantly darker than stock color.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I removed all my soft touch with easy off and a green scotch bright and it worked very well.
I just purchased a 2003 C2 Cab with a graphite grey interior. It only has 30k miles, but there are a few chips in the interior near the seat belt connector, cigarette lighter, console, and ignition switch that I would like to touch up. Does anyone know of a touch-up paint that matches the color?
Thanks

As far as I know, there is no perfectly match paint for the graphite grey interior in terms of color or texture. I ended up painting most of the interior pieces with the exterior seal grey color with clear coat - much better in terms of contrast and durability.
There is no touchup paint for interiors. You need to buy leather/vinyl dye. There are several sources that sell pre-mixed graphite grey dye. I got a bottle from
www.leatherrepairkits.com
.
The color you want is #2556 "graphite grey." It matches perfectly. I suggest using a natural bristle brush.
I did the same as socalgt3 and painted most of the trim but my car is artic silver. If you paint any of the pieces with the crappy rubbery paint I found it is best to remove it first. I used nail polish remover and a plastic scrapper to do the seat belt trim you mentioned. They were black plastic under the paint. I primed, painted, and clear coated them and they look great. The "rubber paint" Porsche used is absolutely terrible and scratches easily. If you order the touch up please let me know how it goes because I have a couple areas that could use touch up on my dash trim.
I ordered the kit from

and it looks perfect. I haven't touched up all of the places in the interior, but the color match is almost perfect. thanks for the info!
Necro bumping this one. I'm curious to hear a follow up on the paint correction. I'm restoring my 996 and, like yours, is painted in the horrible rubberized graphite grey. I'm going to have a monster interior restoration on my YouTube channel and I'm starting with refinishing the grey. Let me know!

I used the above for savannah beige and it worked great. I did not sand or prime just cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. You can still see the contour defects from the scratches if you look closely. If you prep right I'm sure the fix would be nearly perfect.
One complaint is the new stuff isn't any tougher than the original.
I'm curious what people say about the leather repair kits. There are a couple parts I'd like to fix that are more amenable to a non spray on repair

I have a can of the LVP in Graphite Grey you can have.
Purchased a can to fix a piece of trim.
But my leather is Graphite Grey and the trim is Natural Dark Grey.
Big difference so I just bought a new trim piece.
And I suggest Colourlock for leather.
A friend with Savanah beige interior trim pieces (underlying material black plastic) had Home Depot mix a computer-matched latex paint which he applied with a PreVal handheld spray mixer bottle. He had to do some feathering around the chipped/scratched areas before spraying, and the results were as good as factorys, with even tougher finish.
Just finished the center console using the graphite grey colorbond spray linked a few posts up. I removed all the soft touch coating using green scotchbrite pads and 91% isopropyl alcohol. The color match was spot on.
I used sandpaper for the seat adjustment panel first and didn't think it worked as well as the green scotchbrites. Being able to flex into all the contours, nooks, and crannies without the risk of gouging the plastic was a big help. Definitively buy the highest % isosropyl alcohol you can find. How is your car coming along? I watched a couple of videos on your channel and it looks like you've got quite the project on your hands.
Cool! The car is coming along. I FINALLY got a windshield installed. Believe it or not, that was a major ordeal. Im tackling the suspension and decomposed wiring harnesses now.
I removed all my soft touch with easy off and a green scotch bright and it worked very well. spray on the easy off and let sit then i used water and a green scotch bright. didn't bother the plastic at all

I used Color Bond LVP Refinisher for my Savanna Beige interior. Repainted the door panels, console and a bunch of other smaller pieces. It was a perfect match of the color. I can't speak to long term wear but that is less of a concern for me.
If you're referring to my link, it doesn't seem to be available on Amazon at the moment. Here's link to get it from Color Bond directly:

Do you happen to have an exact picture of the can you used? I just did some test sprays of Colorbond #1130 graphite grey to give my interior the same treatment but it came out significantly darker than stock color. Not like the perfect match that you have. I'm wondering if I have done something wrong or if I have the wrong stuff.
I have been wanting to get the silver accents (door pulls and frunk/engine bay releases) blacked out. Anyone do this? I was going to see if a wrap place could do it. No aftermarket black ones available. Paint??
I have had my nearest auto paint store color match all kinds of colors for me, for a reasonable price. Take your piece in, wait 15 minutes and you get a spray paint can full of more material than you will need. They'll have all of the prep stuff to ensure you get a perfect bond on the part. Take your time and spend 2x more time prepping than you thought you would going in.
Make sure ask them what kind of personal protective gear you need. A simple dust mask doesn't work for some types of paint.
