Installed Fabpeed Maxflow mufflers this week. Discovered my original mufflers appear to be the "sport exhaust" mufflers. My option codes do not show option for sport exhaust and there is not button on the console for switching. The vacuum pod is capped off. Did the factory put the sport exhaust mufflers on my 996 or was it installed by previous owner(s)?

Unless you are worried about weight, maybe stick with sport exhaust? Its probably similar to maxflo's sound.

Just had it out to run some errands. Sounds identical, maybe a little more refined with the Fabspeed. Any where from 7-11 lbs. weight savings as stated somewhere.
