Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Every time I see a light colored car with a black hood, my first thought is "wrecked car/cheap repair."

Also been watching alot of super cars on YouTube and seems like they use alot of exposed carbon fiber which looks great.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just got my 996 and loving it so far, added the side stripes, exhaust tips, and wheels. Now looking for alittle something else with out going over the top. What do you guys think of this small techart style wing in either carbon fiber or painted to match. If I did carbon fiber would probably do carbon fiber mirror caps to match .

I for one dig it. Reminds me of the 993 spoiler. Id go with it painted body color. Not a fan of side stripes but love the execution on yours. Id say lower it just a bit and your rankin. Congrats on the purschase and enjoy!
Thanks, I actually already ordered vogtland springs .... Yeah I'm leaning towards the body colored also . . Any other lower profile wings you would recommend?
I shy away from anything that requires drilling.
It can't easily be un-done.
But it does look nice.
I prefer body color spoilers.
I also shy away from carbon fiber hoods, unless they're painted as well.
Every time I see a light colored car with a black hood, my first thought is "wrecked car/cheap repair."
Most people who see it will think it is a wrecked car that someone didn't repaint.
I'm a car guy and I know what carbon fiber is, but I still think "wrecked" before "mods."
Of course I have a carbon fiber hood hanging on my garage wall as "art."
It looks great there!
I might use it when I track my car, but for daily driving it will have the factory hood.
Personally, I will never order from CARiD again. I went through 2 spoilers from them on my Dodge Charger, the first broke at base just after the warranty period, the second broke again at the base during the warranty period but they refused to honor the warranty. I got the 3rd one elsewhere.
This is an option. I have no affiliation or recommendation beyond seeing other posts here. I did shoot him an email a couple of weeks ago with no reply. Maybe calling is better.

Also been watching alot of super cars on YouTube and seems like they use alot of exposed carbon fiber which looks great. Now thinking about incorporating alot of carbon fiber on the outside again and a top stripe to match the side stripes .... To much time on my hands today lol
