My criteria is adjust-ability on at least 1 end, and hollow construction preferred.

Speaking of drop links, not sure these are discounted enough for used but you might make an offer....

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey guys, I'm ready to start looking into sway bars. I have done some reading but haven't quite found the answers I'm looking for. I'm looking to stiffen up the roll a bit more..currently using PSS10's with factory C2 bars on my 2000. My criteria is adjust-ability on at least 1 end, and hollow construction preferred. My issue is I drove a car similar to mine with GT3 bars and Tarret end links and there was an annoying clunk from the end links. Do the aftermarket end links typically make noise? Do any generic adjustable end links work for adapting the GT3 bar or is a particular length needed? Are front and rears needed or just fronts? Also, I'm considering the Eibach sway bar kit as my price on them is $350 for BOTH. The front is solid which is a bummer, but the rear is hollow. Anyone happy with the Eibachs? Thanks!

POST 2Original post

The Tarret drop links are extremely well constructed and Tarret is one of my favorite companies to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Any clunking sound won't be from the drop link design. It's either a setup issue or I did have to grind a couple of millimeters off the bushing limiters on their front Gt3 sway bars. Eibach sway bars are supposed to be pretty good as long as you get the gen2 which are adjustable.

POST 4Original post

I have about 1,000mi on H&Rs 26fr, 23rr. Very nice upgrade over stock handling. They're adjustable and not that expensive. Very happy with mine. The mechanic was explaining to me how making the rear stiffer gives more oversteer, or at least earlier.
