Just bought my first Porsche! Very excited to join the community and get the most out of my experience. It�s a �02 996tt with XAF. It appears a previous owner added a GT2 front. The passenger-side (/R) side sill has a chunk missing out of the corner that I�m looking to repair/replace. A body shop I contacted said they couldn�t repair it and recommends a replacement. I found the part number in the Porsche OEM Parts Manual. 996 504 364 01 Wondering if any of you know where I can purchase that part and if the side sill on my car is the OEM XAF installed side sill based on these pictures. (Not sure if the previous owner changed those too.) Thanks all!!

Great rare car I would get all original to the car parts now before you can’t find parts and have them all painted to match keep the gt2 front on and the damaged side skirts drive it till next fall then redo the car

Those look like OEM side skirts. They come black and unpainted. I know as i just ordered two new ones for my car as the previous owner had them painted and over the years the tabs must have broken so they are starting to sag a little, more so on the drivers side. I am planning to get them painted and PPF'd along with my OEM new front lip I ordered.

I�ll definitely look at picking up some OEM parts From what I�ve found so far, it looks like the 996tt with XAF came with painted side sills, but I can�t tell if they were the same as the other 996 side sills other than the paint. Anyone out there buy an OEM replacement for their 996tt XAF side sills? Here�s what the Porsche part manual has for the XAF side sills:
