I have 2000 c2 and swapped cluster with a 99 and I am getting BF lite at startup .

I have 2000 c2 and swapped cluster with a 99 and I am getting BF lite at startup . Checked fuses and levels. Interesting if I hold down fluid level at start up no lite?? Then push down after running lite comes on. Anything?
