Suggestion

If you can verify, using a digital manometer, that your AOS is in good health, then you could probably skip replacing it, but if you have the budget I would totally recommend getting it done (with the UAOS).

Bought a 03 911 last year with 45K miles on it, however, have no record of the Water Pump being replaced, worth replacing as preventive maintenance? Should I also do the Coolant Expansion Tank too? Also considering LN UAOS as well too, but my car's AOS is original and seems to be working fine. Is it worth replacing or wait till it goes? I've already done the Clutch and LN IMS Solution last year when I bought it. Thanks!

UAOS: Yes! Do it now and never look back. Coolant tank: Depends how it looks. If yellowed/cloudy definitely yes. Otherwise still a roll of the dice. My 2005 cracked around 50k miles and was still pretty white.

MY00 that with 41k miles was (likely) on the original water pump. Pump was fine, no leaks. Replaced preventatively with the LN Water Pump kit. All blades were in tact when technician inspected the original once it was off. Kit also included a low-t thermostat and + new drive belt.

Definitely change the water pump, using a plastic impeller pump as your replacement. And change the thermostat with an LN low temperature unit. If you can verify, using a digital manometer, that your AOS is in good health, then you could probably skip replacing it, but if you have the budget I would totally recommend getting it done (with the UAOS).
