Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Use 325mm' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Use 325mm' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I picked the rears up used on here with just over 50% life left.

The weight is essentially the same and you are using the same caliper.

The rotors come with a set of spacers and bolts to use your stock calipers.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Weight loss was a wash rears were just over 14lbs and the fronts were about 1lb lighter 18 vs 19lb stockers. I picked the rears up used on here with just over 50% life left. Fronts are obviously new.
I'm curious if you would save any money using the two piece rotors, even if you track the car often. A set of rotors is relatively cheap. I started replacing mine today, along with most of the other brake components.
Tiny weight savings, and the larger diameter of the rotor means you have greater braking torque available, and perhaps better ability to absorb/reject braking heat. Also conceivably less prone to warping since the disc is free to float a bit.
None of which is very important for a street car or casual track car.
What he ^ said. Larger swept area, less prone to fade, less prone to crack than drilled rotors, and of course they look awesome. The majority of girodisc users report much longer wear compared to stock disc under track conditions.
A major factor in the longer life might not be wear per se, but the fact that there's no cross drilling, and thus not dozens of sites for cracks to initiate. Every set of OE type rotors I've thrown away have still had some thickness left, but have had surface cracks that make them untrustworthy.
I've thought about the disks aesthetically, I think larger disks look great - although the cross drill look good.
Nothing other than purely aesthetic comments on them from me.
