I have the durametric cable setup I can read codes. however we I go to actual values no data is coming back. Can someone point me in the right direction. thanks

I haven't heard of this problem. Have you checked the Turbo 996 forum? I wonder if it has anything to do with the VIN limit.

I have heard sometimes it depends on what OS you are using. I have used my Durametric on Windows 7, 8 and 10 without problems. That being said, completely uninstall the software, reboot and download the latest version of Durametric. See if that works.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
