Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
I'd start with the hoses (the lower ones) before assuming it's a radiator - very easy to check...squeeze them and see if they drip.
Leading evidence: 'Check ...squeeze them and see if they drip' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check ...squeeze them and see if they drip' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

But of course remove the bumper cover -- you'll have to anyhow to replace the radiator -- and check the hoses.

Suggestion
Even if you find just one leaking my advice would be to consider at least replacing all 3 while you are there.

Suggestion
But of course if the other 2 radiators show no signs of any leaking at all you can replace just one.

Suggestion
When the engine is shut off the heat load will raise the temperature and pressure of the coolant and if the other radiators are bad or there's another bad hose the odds are this hot coolant pressure test will have them leaking.

You can pull the front bumper off to inspect, or you can try to use a flashlight and get in there from the front, or pull the bottom plastic to see where its coming from.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've been away from my car for a couple weeks but my wife says my 2002 996TT is bleeding...a large puddle of coolant is come out from the left front of the car..What's your guess? radiator or coolant pipe? I pulled it in the garage and left the country for a few weeks.
Hi Skybound - welcome to the forum. You seem to have mistakenly posted this to the Cayenne DIY forum. That's not where you'll get an answer.
I'm going to move it over to the 996 tech forum. Hang on..
Radiator or coolant pipe. You can pull the front bumper off to inspect, or you can try to use a flashlight and get in there from the front, or pull the bottom plastic to see where its coming from. Its possible that if you Car was parked on a decline that Coolant made its way all the way from the back of the car to the front, but thats probably not likely.
Either way, problems could be worse.
Id make sure its actually Coolant and not water or something else.
Swing and a miss deilenberger.
Anyway, since you're here, it's your radiator. Shop around for the best prices on replacement parts. You can diy the repair. Probably gonna need a right one soon, so do them both now.
Take a look at this thread:

(Bonus nugget - it's in the 996tt forum)
I'd start with the hoses (the lower ones) before assuming it's a radiator - very easy to check...squeeze them and see if they drip. If they look dry and remain dry after squeezing, move on to the hard lines and/or radiators... Good luck
Based on my experience with my 2003 996 Turbo that's a radiator leak. But of course remove the bumper cover -- you'll have to anyhow to replace the radiator -- and check the hoses. I've never had one go bad in either my nearly 160K mile Turbo or my 315K mile 2002 Boxster but check.
My experience is all 3 radiators were leaking. Even if you find just one leaking my advice would be to consider at least replacing all 3 while you are there. But of course if the other 2 radiators show no signs of any leaking at all you can replace just one. It is of course your decision.
After you get the leaking radiator (or leaking hose) replaced and the cooling system refilled with no air pockets drive the car around town with the A/C off and long enough the radiator fans kick on. Ideally you want to arrange this to happen just as you get close enough to home you can pull into the driveway a shut off the engine there. When the engine is shut off the heat load will raise the temperature and pressure of the coolant and if the other radiators are bad or there's another bad hose the odds are this hot coolant pressure test will have them leaking.
