Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I used my dremel to take a small bit off the one block boss and everything was good to go.

I have a trickle charger that I use quite frequently but it gets to the point where I question the gains.

youll have everything you need, I recommend the k&n and I used revo stage 2 but evomsit is probibly better

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It's possible that my alternator/voltage regulator is out-of-spec, but reverting to a stock pulley was the easiest thing to test, and since it worked...well, let's just say that inertia of "it's working now, do you really want to d*ck with it" is sometimes difficult to overcome.
Last weekend my son and I installed a tarret eng. underdive pulley and an IPD completion plenum with GT3 TB. The IPD kit also comes with a new rubber hose between the TB and airbox and a cap for the resonance chamber.
Install was pretty straight forward. I do wish the pulley had come with a tool to hold things still while trying to remove the nut. Besides that it was ok. I used my dremel to take a small bit off the one block boss and everything was good to go. The IPD set-up was even easier. You just loosen a few band clamps, unhook a few fittings/plugs and pull the old stuff out. The new stuff just goes in reverse order. I did cut the resonator box off and just left the piece that stuck through the hole. My thinking was it would allow air a little better path through the rest of the filter.
Driving impressions... Driving the car over the last week, it does feel a bit stronger, with the biggest gains from about 4-6k. There is also more intake noise running up through the RPM's. I have a total of right at 1100 in the 2 mods. I don't know if its worth that much, but I am glad to have them on the car. If I was just going to do one, it would probably be the UD pulley.
with any engine, more air in, more air out
dont know what else is done to the engine, but the k&n cold air kit works great and a full free flow exhaust (example maxspeed motorsports) is all you need for hardware, but most emportant of all is a good ecu program (revo, evomsit, etc) open the engine up to the hardware. with out that you will get minimal benefits from the other stuff
I have the same setup Cargraphic UDP to IPD Plenum. Both installed by the previous owner though so I dont have a baseline. Everyone does mention the UDP is well worth it though.
I have also done those modifications.
It was apparent to me that I lost a lot of low end torque.
I did tons of research , call Sam and Todd at Evolution motorsports, explain to them your modifications and ones you are going to do.
These guys are the best, they will bring out the best in your setup.
BTW, you really should think about some RSS motor mounts.
Good luck
At this point my only performance "mod" is the IPD plenum - I removed the underdrive pulley due to charging issues...under full load (AC + headlights + radio), the alternator was having trouble making 13.5-14 volts, and I wasn't consistently getting a solid charge. It's possible that my alternator/voltage regulator is out-of-spec, but reverting to a stock pulley was the easiest thing to test, and since it worked...well, let's just say that inertia of "it's working now, do you really want to d*ck with it" is sometimes difficult to overcome.
I'm in the same boat, I have the UDP and my alternator puts out about the same. I also have a bad Y cable which doesn't help but that's getting replaced. I have a trickle charger that I use quite frequently but it gets to the point where I question the gains.
