303 also makes a convertible top cleaner which works OK, but lately I've been using the Griot's cleaner because I got it on sale.

I use Griots convertable top cleaner, works great. Was wondering what people put on the fabric to seal it after cleaning?

I use Griot's cleaner and 303 protectant. 303 makes a kit for convertible tops, but it's far cheaper to get the protectant by the gallon from Amazon. 303 also makes a convertible top cleaner which works OK, but lately I've been using the Griot's cleaner because I got it on sale. The 303 protectant is pretty straightforward to apply ... I pour some into a small paint tray, apply it with a 3" paint brush, and let it dry.

Ragtop cleaner and two coats of 303 Fabric Guard. Works like a charm. In my experience 303 last bit longer than Ragtop protectant. 303 needs to be applied at temperatures > 70F ideally.

Don't forget to tape off anything that is not canvas! And wipe off any run off on the paint and trim immediately.
