Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

26 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Which x pipe and do they all have 4 O2 sensors tapped?

POST 2Original post

Fabspeed is excellent. Yes to 4 sensors and bungs.

POST 4Original post

checkout speedtech, i just got mine and the quality is great

POST 7Original post

don't forget about FVD Brombacher.....their service is great, product, too and they stand behind their equipment!

POST 8Original post

Also worth looking at Design911 in the UK - the exchange rate at the moment makes their stuff very attractive.

POST 9Original post

I'll second Speedtech.. Great workmanship and very good pricing. They offer small catalysts to install in the O2 bungs but I never received CEL even without them.

POST 10Original post

Speedtech.... and NHP seems to have really affordable options. Fabspeed are way overprice in my opinion

POST 11Original post

+1 for FVD Brombacher, textbook install with only hand tools, no bumper or muffler removal required. No O2 extenders, no CEL's....once I pluged the MAF back in

POST 13Original post

FYI, I have a Fabspeed I'm going to sell if anyone is interested.

Are you looking at a catbypass or catted x-pipe? We offer both, and our sport cat x-pipe version comes with HJS 200 cell cats we have air freighted from Germany. Top quality stuff

POST 16Original post

I've been rocking Fabspeed x-pipe paired with the factory Sport Exhaust and couldn't be happier! Great sound and performance.

POST 17Original post

+1 for the Speedtech. Excellent fitment and $1,000 less than the Fabspeed.

POST 18Original post

My engine builder told me he's dyno'd FabSpeed's x-pipe (hi flow cats) and their claims for performance are realistic so I followed his reocommendation. He told me it was the only exhaust mod he could endorse as actually making a positive impact on performance. (Other x-pipes might do similar but the one he has dyno'd were FabSpeed) Can't WAIT for my project to be completed!

Thanks Country and Runner. For those of you that dont know, we have our 200 cell X pipes manufactured by M&M Exhaust, GmbH. They supply Porsche Motorsports in Germany. All of that experience with POMO over the 10+ years is incorporated into the X pipe. Motorsports welding techniques are used, the material is T316 stainless and the cats are manufactured by HJS (HF or high flow line). Extremely high quality. Not to mention, they are listing at $ 1,471 currently. Cant beat the quality for that price. Here is the link to our website....

Twin cat for 700 less - like that savings

POST 22Original post

I used a Speedtech X-pipe. It is great craftsmanship and is setup for 4 o2 sensors. It included the needed hardware and some quality o2 bung plugs too in the event you don't want to run all 4 sensors.

And now neither can I! What is the time frame, and tell me some more about your build

POST 25Original post

I just welded in High Flow cats to my stock set up... added noise was a plus... and they were a hell of a lot lighter. Not even going to attempt to say there was a HP difference

POST 26 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looks like a great way to go
