This is not a probability of success.

This morning when I started the car the engine light was on..the car was running with no problems the day before and gave no indication there could be a problem. The car starts and runs on ideal with no problems. When the car is driven the engine starts to misfire or lose power the higher the RPM..Can anyone diagnose the problem and help me save a couple of dollars..

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Well u r in the 996 forum which doesnt help but we probably cant diagnose anything over the internet until u give us the engine code number. Buy a $20 dongle that conects to your phone from amazon or a decent scanner for obd2 and get back to us. Most autoparts stores will read the codes for free but i wouldnt start or drive the car until the codes r known.

The ONLY way to not spend a couple of dollars on a broken Porsche is by turning it into yard art.
