When I replaced my window regulator, it didn't drop correctly the first few times, but after a bunch of down-up cycles has settled into dropping 1/2".

I can see lots of info (and know) how to adjust the height and pitch of the window, but nothing on how much the window drops when the microswitches are activated ...

Hey - is there a way to adjust the amount of drop on the window when opening the car door? I'm not talking about faulty microswitches, lock mechanisms, windows regulators or window motors / control units ... all of which have been replaced for new ... the door is now fundamentally working ... but when either the external or internal door levers (microswitches) are activated, the amount of drop is quite small and the window still snags the top of the frame. I don't want to adjust the level of close or the window will no longer seal. The other door simply drops more, i.e. the one I want to adjust only drops maybe a quarter of an inch, where as the one that is fine is maybe half an inch ... so I just wanted to know if there is any way to adjust the level of the drop please?

Yes you can adjust it. You will need to remove the door card.... it's not hard just takes time to find the right spot..it took me like 4 times lol Check out YouTube there are plenty of videos on how to do it.
