I just found some water on my rear seat. Also the brake lights and tail lights are also acting a little odd. This seems to be a new issue. What could be the possible cause and solution? Block sunroof drain? Tail light seals?

Blocked sunroof drain. Mix up some hot water and dish soap. Open the sunroof and fill the roof drain “gutters” with the mixture. Wait 15 minutes. Do victory dance when / if water gushes on to the ground from the wheel well.

I had a similar problem with water drainage. It caused a problem with the module under the driver's seat. This "Control Unit Alarm System" (Immobilizer) can cause a variety of problems (lights, alarm system, door locks, etc.) and can easily get wet as it sets in a cavity that can trap water. If you are still having problems after you have cleared the water drainage issue and have things dried out I would check out the immobilizer unit. You must remove the drivers seat to access the module. Check the modules and all connectors for corrosion/water damage. You can have this module repaired by the ECU Doctor in Oakland Park, FL.
