Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Long day of scrubbing and buffing complete. Anybody else heading out next weekend? (intentionally not posted to the dead regional boards)

POST 2Original post

Man that's shiny. What's that in the background? Tried really hard to ID it but it's got me beat.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thats my 85 z28 I'm working on. That and the 996 compete for my attention here she is when she was in 1 piece

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks, been using Griots. I used to be a turtle guy buy Griots seems to make good stuff.

POST 6Original post

Funny, I'm just done (waterless-)washing and waxing my car, Griots as well. Shiny she is, but I now can see all the imperfections (rockchips, minimal hail damage).

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I hear you, now I have wax in all my chips so they really stand out

POST 8Original post

Your P-car looks great - nicely done. That's the downside of detailing your own car: you see up close all the chips, dings and other stuff that makes you cringe. That being said, that is Why I detail my vehicles - to see every inch of the car so as to assess the next project. For me, it's also a zen thing and the sense of accomplishment is great.
