This is a good one. After removing my door panels to replace door speakers then reassembling every thing. My passenger door doesn't register as being closed. The door is shut but the interior lights stay on and the window doesn't go all the way up. This change happened after I put the doors back together. When I hit the door locks, the window does go up but only when the door is locked. If unlocked, window is down and lights are on. Any insight is appreciated.

Wouldn�t the micro switch for the interior door handle not being plugged in cause this condition? I know they are PITA to get plugged back in when I changed my door cards out.

Are you talking about the little black plug and or the little white one? I think it's the black one.

The forward one I believe is for the light and the rear closest the handle pivot for the micro switch. I can remember which color plug goes to which but I think you�re correct. My spare micro switch is a two prong plug socket

Comparison to the working door microswitch revealed it was broken. Same switch as your image above. When it popped out the sensor piece broke off....

That's funny, we just finished adjusting my headlights too. Wasn't as simple as adjusting them insitu....I bet your post would be helpful for someone!
