Read evidence and context

Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Im looking to buy seat inserts in Pepita in addition to my OEM black leather. Any suppliers that make ready to fit inserts? I have only seen GT3 ones for 996 for sale.

POST 2Original post

If I understand your question correctly, I don't see how anyone can make "inserts" that just attach or lay over the existing seat covers. Even the center seat back piece needs attachment trim to fit and stay in place correctly. I think you'll need to purchase the material you want and send it to a seat cover maker for inclusion in a new set of seat covers. I did something similar with LSeat.com I sent them my leather (high quality Napa leather) and they sewed up the new covers for me per the pattern I specified (996 comfort/supple leather seats.) I was very happy with the covers. The patterns they use are spot on and all of the attachment trim is exactly the same. You can see some of the photos of my interior on my profile page. Sierra Madre offers different styles of Pepita. You should be able to purchase enough material from them and send to someone like Lseat for inclusion in the new seat covers.

I just noticed that Relicate sells all kinds of Pepita. I got my Napa leather from them. Crazy good quality. https://relicate.com/collections/porsche-fabric

Thanks for the info. It looks like on my seats you can just remove the center piece so I was curious if someone just made preexisting pieces. Relicate looks very nice. So after you purchase the material you sent in the seat backs and they redid it for you.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
