It used to be that you could use Pelican Parts to run a search, but looks like they've taken it down, so I wondered if someone else had it.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm looking for the little button to adjust the back of my seat. I have the sports seats, and the switch works fine, but the button plastic has cracked. Anyone know where I could look up the part number? Bruce 02 996 C4S

POST 2Original post

You have three options: 1) Go to the dealer and ask them to look up the part number 2) Wade through this and check out every item in the seat department: http://www.porsche.com/all/media/pdf...SA_KATALOG.pdf Start on page 429 3) Go to a junkyard and see if you can locate one like yours

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Will do! It used to be that you could use Pelican Parts to run a search, but looks like they've taken it down, so I wondered if someone else had it.

POST 4Original post

Bruce - shoot me a PM with the last 7 digits of your vin and email. I can have one of our P car specialists shoot you the part #.
