Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

We have a 2004 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet and the left drivers' rollover protection bar deployed with minor front and rear impact. A used rollover bar was installed and now we can't clear the hard code = drivers' buckle code. Does this necessitate the R&R of the airbag module or the need for reprogramming? The hard code remains even after the replacement of the drivers' buckle with a new one. Has anyone been through this? We would appreciate your help. Thank you for your time and have a great day. POST 2Original post

What are you using to clear it? Needs Durametric, pwis, or equivalent system. Post it here work on it here.

POST 3Original post

Did you replace the seat belt or just the buckle? The seat belt has a crash mechanism in the ratchet assembly that can deploy on impact. What is the Code?
