Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I ran into a similar situation with Danbury Porsche years ago when I bought my C4S Cab.
Leading evidence: 'Run into a similar situation' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Run into a similar situation' (1 discussions). These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Looking for a tiptronic C4S, Im in Houston but willing to ship or fly/drive possibly. Any leads would be greatly appreciated, any owners feedback(good or bads on their own c4s) would be greatly appreciated as well!! Thanks in advance, take care gents.
I ran into a similar situation with Danbury Porsche years ago when I bought my C4S Cab. Their car, however, was overpriced by an easy $10K. They had a price that would have even been high for a 996 Turbo on a 4S. It made no sense. I went so far as to tell them I'd even consider a high fair market number on the right car but they were so far off and unmoved by the fact they had their C4S in stock for almost a year that we never had any real discussions. Plus, I'd already started negotiations on the CA car that I eventually bought. Oh well? No...Good for me!
Even $28K for a lowish mileage C4S sounds like a great deal to me. Mine is a cab but I'd never let mine go for anywhere near that let alone $25K. Oh, and yes, I live in a bubble where I like to ignore reality and pretend my car is special.
Good luck with your purchase. I hope it works out!!! Oh, and post pics. That's a requirement.
