Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Clean rads' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean rads' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

There's not a lot of Rs in this neck of the woods and gladly it worked out,
Living two hours from "anywhere" meant twenty years of 4X4 pickups.
A decade or so ago I bought this one owner 855 AWD from a Dr. in town.
Which stirred an interest and led to the "R"
At a tracking event I first laid eyes on 996TT's and C4S's which started
a two year search ending in the "87" Carrera.
After two years of "bug eyed, teutonic go cart with full leather" ownership
I finally made the move to the Porsche car I had hoped for.
It's modern enough to be comfortable, burbles quietly around town like a
big bug until the variocam hits and the car seems to frenzy.
It came with 19's from the dealer but I put it back to it's hollow twists.
James at Scan delivered some welcome advice and 4 Yoko Advans
to my door for less than Tirerack!
Cleaned the rads. Motor mounts and painted bumperettes next year.
The CDR 23 acts up unless it gets shut off before shutting the car down.
TheMystro's impressive post
a reminder I had to step up
with an intro so as to share the Seal Grey C4S love
.
With that said, I'm not sure what you NB Aero guys are on about
Hello to you Montychristo 128. Perhaps we'll "run into" each other here in B.C.
during an event of some kind.
Appreciate the welcome hedrixtx. The car was originally from New York and imported to Canada in 09.It' a garage queen in phenomenal shape with only
48000kms when I bought it last August.
Enjoy your posts TripleBlack. If time favours me our paths might cross
someday here in Zone 6. Dig those MKII side skirts and painted bumperettes,
Arctic silver, MO30, 997 motor your car looks and surely goes like a bullet.
You cast a long shadow The Mystro. Your professional quality photos
a tribute to the seal grey/black combo beauty. Our cars are mostly twins
though you up me with PSE.Noticed in your "butt" shot the drivers side
exhaust tip doesn't seem to line up with the bumper arch. The half aluminum
package in the interior really nails it where I think the full package is too much.
Thanks Barn996. During the four year process I drove nine cars.Three C4s's,
two 993's, one 87 Carrera,three MarkII C2's though never a Mark I.
It made me understand Adrian Streathers preference for the C2 but in the
end with me that turbo front end, wide body rear and the AWD won out.
I'm a member of the BCIR Water Hound.
By chance were you and your wife participating in last years Zone 6 drive from
West Van to Kelowna?I recall following a car similar to yours through the
canyons into Lillooet,my wife and I in the 87 at the time?
Agree JimmyB.Hard pressed to find a better mountain highway people mover
than the iron wheel wagons.During the P car search my wife was giving in slowly
but said the R had to go to make way for an XC90!!!
We had a few words with a salesman while the car was being looked at by
a dealer.Later a mechanic while showing me how to replace a tail light bulb
told me if they got the car it wouldn't leave the dealership as a mechanic or
salesman would grab it.
There's not a lot of Rs in this neck of the woods and gladly it worked out,
it's a keeper.
Here's a recent haul of 150lbs of B.C. Green.Spears not bud.
