Hello every one, my questions is this. i found a set of hard back sport seats that came out of a 1997 993 twin turbo, aand the person selling the seats says they will fit in any 911 1975-1998 964,993,996. My 996 is a 2000 will these heated seats fit in my car that has heated non sport seats currently ?

They should but getting seat rails for them may be a challenge. They will not just bolt in as the front bolt on the 996 rail turns down and the earlier models are flat. I have a set of hard back manual Recaro's not heated with 996 rails that I will sell. PM me if interested.

Gary - Justin, As luck would have it, I have one pair each of the hardback sports (from a 2004) and a pair of the GT3 seats as well. Both have proper OEM brackets and are ready to go. I am selling each set for this reason only. Looked at and bought hardback sports, could not do what I wanted with the harness, bought the GT3 seats and there is just no way I want to drive those daily. So ia have ordered one Pole Position to throw in only on track days. ANYONE, who is interested in the hardback sports or the GT3, pm me. Both sets of seats are in perfect condition and both sets are black leather.
