Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Cobalt is a great color. At my rate of driving (600 miles/year) I will get to 152K in 253 years. By then, I should be ready to order my new Buick Lucerne (gold with gray cloth of course), assuming GM is still in business.
Hmmm 3.4 L engine with over 150,000 miles that still works. I wish people would start talking about this but instead you get 5 pages on a message about someone who thinks the 3.6 is better than the 3.4. I guess it is true bad news is better than good news so the politicians must be right so get ready for the attack advertisement in the upcoming Presidential race!
We have proven it is more effective on our own site.
Anyway this is great news
I know it does not go backwards - that's for certain.
I would guess it moves forward - miles are miles what difference does it make if the car is going forward or reverse?
That is correct - it moves forward. And who should know better than I - who likely puts as many miles backing out of the driveway as driving the streets? Check the digital speedo - it will register in reverse.

I thought i was the only one who noticed old guys drive gold cars...
My wife thinks its hilarious now when we see gold cars, always with an old guy behind the wheel
[QUOTE=Dr_KarlB;4637747]
That's because there are about 1M gold Buicks and all the old guys look exactly alike. Count my father in law in - but his is silver (with gray cloth of course).
Out of curiosity, what do you guys think would be a fair price for this car? I think it's great he's put so many miles on it... but he'd have to be asking like half that for me to even start thinking about it. 996 may be durable, but any 152k mile/7yo car is going to need some lovin'.
