Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

My car on the track. Not me droving. I'm sitting 2nd seat to my instructor to get a better feel for the lines and times in my car. The screeching you hear over the exhaust are my yoko EVS100 street tires getting a serious workout. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrEpfVV14gc -td

POST 2Original post

Great video - the car sounds great! I see from the link in your sig that you put in a Fabspeed - very nice. Do you attribute the sound to the Fabspeed Muffler Bypass or is there anything else. By the way, is there any difference between the Fabspeed Mufflers and the Fabspeed Muffler Bypass. It won't be for a while, but I'm starting to plan future mods. Sounds like you had a good experience with Ruf - would you recommend them? Thanks.

Fabspeed mufflers do muffle the sound of the exhaust. The bypass pipes are considerably louder. Great for the track. The Ruf folks are the absolute best. I have no reservation recommending them for anything - from routine maintenance to high performance mods. I use them exclusively now. -td

POST 5Original post

Can the Fabspeed muffler bypass pipes be used on the street or are they too loud? Also, I've heard that the bypass pipes reduce low end torque but increase it on the high end. Is this true? BTW, great video td.

POST 6Original post

Here's MY YouTube - no kids around Are you sure about that? Reckless I'd say.

Rattlesnake is a slow in, slow out set of turns. That kid was perfectly safe in the infield. Almost no one goes off that direction -td

nice video! your instructor was driving the hell out of your car! I didn't read your entire post before watching the video and I was thinking to myself--jeez, this guy is hitting every apex like he's driven the course a million times!
