here's the skinny: In April - May Porsche will offer a new system with an 8 DVD changer, a touch screen, a USB and AUX input and a hard disk drive; the test model that the expert drove was a 160GB, but it could be larger or smaller.

went to the Frankfurt auto show today.. Saw the GT2, got permission but couldn't talk the wife into posing next to it. Tried to talk the wife into a Cayman to compliment the 996 cabrio, but she's a hard sale and insists on a 911 coupe. Saw the prototype Cayenne hybrid drive and they had the CDC-4 mounted, so I left the wife to have a sit in the Cayenne and wandered over to information and asked to speak with the Porsche expert on all things relating to the sound system. here's the skinny: In April - May Porsche will offer a new system with an 8 DVD changer, a touch screen, a USB and AUX input and a hard disk drive; the test model that the expert drove was a 160GB, but it could be larger or smaller. The navigation system will be on a partition on the hard drive with another partition for your MP3 tunes. MOST stays. also talked to the guy at *Careers at Porsche* my son wants to go to work there after he gets out of school. they have a Summer employment program down in Zuffenhausen, so next Summer he could be assembling your car...

Sounds like the Pioneer Z2 I had recemtly installed in my '03 Cab. My unit also has IPOD and Satelite radio.
