Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a 2001 C2 Cab which I recently purchased and brought to AZ from PA. I found out that my license plate lights are not working. I checked the fuse and also checked to see if I had current back there. Fuse is good, but no current. I can't seem to trace the wires, because they're in the bumper, to see if the wires are connect to the harness. Does anyone know where these connections might be. The bumper was removed for some work before I brought the car here and I have a feeling they never reconnected the plugs to the wiring harness. Thanks, Dave

Thanks for that info. I went to the site, but I guess I need to register there also. I'm new to this. Dave

POST 4Original post

Sounds like they forgot to plug it back to the connector. Its located behind the bumper and need to remove the bumper to get to it.
