Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 2Original post

The miles are a touch high, but otherwise it looks like a good deal to me - I especially like the crested leather seats. - remember to get a PPI.

POST 3Original post

It's been around the auction circuit a bit, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's not a good car. I haven't heard of any transmission replacements, so I'm not sure what that means. If it gets a good PPI, the price is really nice.

POST 4Original post

Yes....the car is fairly priced. Car looks pretty clean....do a PPI. I'm sure you can possibly knock another grand off the price too! Good Luck!!! Jon

POST 5Original post

Johnny, I'm a newbie to rennlist but in the market for a 996. The car looks like it has nice options and the price seems on the lower end compared to some of the others that I have looked at but miles a little higher than most I've been checking out. Your red 996 color combo is great by the way. I'll be curious to see what others think on the 2000.
