Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

FWIW, silvestu, when I replaced my pumpkins, I found the silver mirrored amber bulbs on ebay, and they work great.

I just got some used headlights and performed your "amberectomy" this evening.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Why is it that mine still shows some orange in the inside? I got it like this so I don't know if there's an orange bulb in there that I need to change. Anybody knows?
Got the headlights on ebay for $200 including shipping. Clear triangles and corner lights from Suncoast Porsche ( $50 and $30 respectively.) Then performed "amberectomy" with a soldering iron to remove the inside amber lenses. Added $10 silver turn signal bulbs that fire amber. Detailed the inside of the light housings and popped them back in. Nice Easter Sunday with the kids. Now to try to find some cheap tail lights without amber, and short shift kit, and tail, and floor jack and stands -- good thing my birthday is coming up!

Oh man, Ray, you know the rules here! Don't tell us this **** and then not post any pics! No soup for you!
If you don't post pics soon, I'm gonna sic Tim on you.... oh, wait.... I am Tim! Damn, that didn't go as smoothly as I had planned!
Anyway.... I'll be watching for pics!
Jack, nice mod, it looks so much cleaner!
FWIW, silvestu, when I replaced my pumpkins, I found the silver mirrored amber bulbs on ebay, and they work great. I think the seller was "rjcalnan", you can find the bulbs by searching "silver chrome marker turn signal bulb", and if he doesn't list a model, email him and tell him what you need.
I recently changed my lights to the clear lenses. I performed an amberectomy (quite easy). Added smoked clear side markers. Let me know what you think. Try to ignore that one picture is better than the other. I am so used to seeing the amber, I really don't know what to think of the mod.
Thanks,
Steve
Ok Tim, take me off your list. Here are the "Amberectomy" pics I promised (thanks Charlie for selling me your old "clear" headlights).
