Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

The washers (CC) and possibly the set screw (EE) should be easy to find, but the inserts (BB) will be more difficult.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

it seems like the kit i got is missing a few items: - washer x 2 (CC) - set screw (EE) - insert x 2 (BB) is the manual out-dated or do i really need these? about to embark on the project, want to make sure i got all i need.

POST 2Original post

JKB - yes yo need those items. The washers (CC) and possibly the set screw (EE) should be easy to find, but the inserts (BB) will be more difficult. Where did you buy it? You should contact the seller to get a new shifter kit. BTW - here is a link to the latest version of the instructions. It really helped to be able to see the photos in color. http://www.bmracing.com/media/products/pdf/67.pdf

POST 3Original post

These items are usually pre-assembled even though parts list includes them. Look carefully at your parts.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

yeah, there were parts inside parts which made me go "oh no, stuff is missing"

POST 5Original post

The kit I got in December had the washers as separate items.
