Hello all, I just moved back from California to my home state Washington. I know most of you will tell me to just wash my own car, and I always have but, we are renting a place temporarily until we buy a home so I really need to have my car washed at a hand wash place. Down in LA, we had car washes on every corner but man, up hear they are far an few between. Anyway, if any of you have a good place you recommend, please let me know. Oh and I am more on the East side if it matters. Thank you,

In South Florida, if you wash your car on the wrong day, your neighbors wil turn you in. We're in drought mode, so car washing is right up there with watering your lawn - only the outlaws are doing it as they please. The trick is to do it after dark, unless you like washing it at 5 am on the two days per week you can do so. They've even suggested we cut back on showering, or at least shower with your kids. Think of the cost of therapy your kid (assuming he/she is older than 4 years of age) would need over that one... Now, if my neighbor had a hot 18 year old daughter, I could be civic minded and shower with her, of course.
