My father and I will be running a 2000 996 in the 2007 One Lap of America. We are looking for other Rennlist entrants for advice and to offer help. This will be our first attempt. i ran for the last two years and am entered for 07. I am in a 944 NA and will not be in your class, but will see you at the tracks. Welcome to the event, its a blast. You probably already have my hints but just in case, learn not to sleep, eat, or go to the bathroom. Try to walk the tracks ( i bring a bike) before you run them to learn the apexs and braking points and figure out places that your car may get airborne ( always helps to have the tires touching the track during braking).

lapex-Due to all sorts of scheduling conflicts and the unfortunate demise of the 00 C2 we will not be running this year. We are hoping to run in 08 and keeping our fingers crossed that it is more of an east coast event. I just purchased an 03 C4S that I believe will be a great rally and One Lapper. I hope you have a great time and your car returns to your driveway undamaged. Take pics,

i picked up a Nikon D50 with a 70-300 zoom. I should get some GOOD shots this year. Now i have to teach my technology challenged navigator to use it so he can get some of me on the tracks. lol
