Tube i saw when cleaning the engine bay, it seems pretty thin and does not feel like a fuel or vacuum tube.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am on the final steps on reinstalling the engine back into my car after a long summer of college and I have run into these two problems. 1. The first one is where do the wires connect? They are on the bank 2 (passenger side) and are bundled with the coil pack wires i connected the engine bay temp sensor, ac comp wire, and couldn't find anything else to plug in on the engine. 2. Second, is this random hose i saw that is in the center tunnel a hose that seems to be disconnected for a while is it a breather hose or should i be worried? (it seems to go to the front of the car following the same route as the slave cylinder line. The wires from question 1 (I will get the colors tomorrow morning) Tube i saw when cleaning the engine bay, it seems pretty thin and does not feel like a fuel or vacuum tube.

POST 2Original post

I think those wires go to the oil pressure switch. Which is probably behind the plastic bag. That vent tube should remain open. I had that same question when I was building my engine.
