Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looking for a set of 19" wheels for a mostly city-driven 2002 996 Targa, with more concern for aesthetics(am particular to the deep reverse lip look) than weight, although they still need to fit and work well. Anyone buy these wheels or from these suppliers; "NAD4" model(19x8.5et50 & 19x10et50) from DNJ Wheels/Xautosound or the pictured Black Mesh-look wheel(19x8.5et 52 & 19x10et52) from Highline/OEM Styles. Any input/experience with these rims or suppliers would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Rob

POST 2Original post

Im interested in those 2nd ones. I would like a multiple piece where I could remove the center and powder coat it. What would be a good solution for this.

POST 3Original post

looks difficult to clean and kind of average in looks IMO... Do you like champion RG5 or Fikse? I'd want something light but strong. A set of 19 that weighs a lot would not do well do braking and turning. 911 is already hard to turn under braking and tight corner....

POST 4Original post

I ask the same question on one of my post... looking for answers...... doesn't look like a lot of p car owners are running the NAD-4....... looking to get a set of 19's for myself as well.... How much are they charging you? wonder if we can get a group discount..... ? let me know.....

POST 5Original post

The highline wheels are 1 piece....and heavy...and may not be the right offset for a narrow body. i like the fist ones, but dont know the weight at all....and a 19x10 et 50? Thats odd. May not look that good...do they make a 19x11 et 65-57? That would fit PERFECTLY.

POST 6Original post

i don't think they do newport... seen them on ebay.... good pricing.... but 50mm front and back offset...... i think that will look funny.......

POST 7Original post

hey if they say it's staggard but same offset and lip size, is it really staggard? is the staggard just the 8.5 front and 11 rear?

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

They're off an e-bay vendor(which makes them a bit less atractive) and cost out in the area of $1400 for the wheels. Would need a tangible reference from other Pcar owners before buying these.

POST 11Original post

R13.... i hear ya.... i was looking at the black ones as well....pretty looking thing... but i don't know the quality of them and doesn't look like a lot of p car here are running them or then won't admit to them... the other alternative that i was looking at are the Victor Equipment LeMans style... looks almost the same and has some decent reivews from some here...... Budgeting is a biacth sometimes.... but we need to do what we need to do to make our ladies happy.........
