Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Outcome without a verified action link

at least with the car, you can pay for results (carbonfiber this, lexan that) whereas on yourself you can pay a personal trainer, gym membership etc and still not loose the 30lbs.

No unique explicit quoted action; no causal link assigned

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can someone help me dig up that link? I believe either JimB, DCLee, GT-Racer or LVDell posted a wickid item by item weight list as well as the weight of components which were substituted for a lightweight equivalent.

POST 2Original post

All I found so far is some weight reduction talk on the GT3 forum. Do a search for "Lightweight GT3?" there.

POST 4Original post

Dead, It wasn't me but I remember the thread. I remember wondering where the data came from. Either someone weighed parts as they were taking them off or they were just estimating. I have scales so I tend to do before and after total car weights but I don't keep very good records. Jim

POST 5Original post

Omar, it wasn't me either but it was posted by Rad I believe. Let me see if I can find it. Standby.......

POST 9Original post

i need to remove the spare tire from the car and from myself. i am at 250lb, and should be at 220lb

POST 10Original post

Same here. Seems as though I am carrying a little holiday weight that needs to disappear before the spring DE season!

POST 11Original post

Solution: Just start doing some "push aways!" That is, push yourself away from the dinner table sooner!

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

screw that! self improvement is the last thing i'm going to work on! at least with the car, you can pay for results (carbonfiber this, lexan that) whereas on yourself you can pay a personal trainer, gym membership etc and still not loose the 30lbs. (having said that, if there's a secret to loosing 30 lbs of flab really quickly that doesn't involve cocaine, i'm all ears)

POST 13Original post

i was about to post an answer, but you already said it
