Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone have any info on Gemballa Exhausts?

POST 2Original post

What info are you specifically looking for? I have gemballa exhaust & tips on MY01. They were installed by dealer (for $2,500) before the car was delivered to the O/O. They sound great and do give an actual (albeit slight) performance improvement, but for the money I'd consider some other brands too.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

-Do you have any pictures and/or sound clips? -How much does it weigh? -Any documented HP/Torque gains?

POST 4Original post

http://www.gemballausa.com/996cab_power.asp Since it was bought by the O/O I didn't research it too much. This is the link for the gemballa sport exhausts. I tried emailing them several times for info on my suspension but they evidently don't put a high priority returning emails. Quality of the products is much better then the customer service. I have read anywhere from 7 to 13 hp but never seen a dyno. Comparing with stock exhaust it def feels quicker and more responsive but you know how that goes. I don't have any sound clips, but it sounds great. Really sings from 4k up & WOT is fantastic. Most importantly no resonance at cruising speeds & throatier throughout .....of the other exhausts, sounds must like tubi. Sorry I can't give you specifics but if you go with it you won't be disappointed.

POST 5Original post

I have one and really like it. Nice and not too loud when cruising, but loud when you want it. Got it for 1,000 on ebay. Not sure if there is much of a gain, but it sounds good enough to keep me happy.
