Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

When a leased vehicle is turned in most dealers will run some sort of paint density scanner over the whole body looking for repaired damage.

I used leasetrader to take over the lease on my '01 C4 Cpe tip.

My father used leasetrader and found a fair deal on BMW 5 series.

Suggestion
I think a lot of people buy more car than they can afford with a lease and then run into trouble down the road.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Has anyone dealt with the Swap a Lease program. They have several 911's and was wondering your thoughts. I noticed the 03 and newer still have remaining warranties, would a PPI still be a good idea?
I've look at SAL out of curiousity, but I found most of the payment and term combinations to be underwhelming. I think a lot of people buy more car than they can afford with a lease and then run into trouble down the road.
But that's just me.
Anyway, to answer your other question, yes, I would still do a PPI on a car in warranty, because you also want to look out for unusual wear and tear, accident damage, etc. It's cheap insurance for a very expensive purchase.

Good luck.

I used leasetrader to take over the lease on my '01 C4 Cpe tip.
I had a PPI done, which was a good thing, as there were a couple of minor things that needed fixing (car is CPO, so it was still under warranty at that time).
I have to say, I love the leasetrader program.
I benefit from someone else's large downpayment and I simply take over the monthly payments and on top of that, if I like the car, I get the low buy-out (again driven down by high downpayment).
Of course, not every 911 on the site is a bargain, but bargains do come up regularly.
When my lease is up (May '07), I plan to get another 911 from the same site.
My father used leasetrader and found a fair deal on BMW 5 series. If you are patient once in awhile a good deal comes across.
Be CAREFUL as the lease seller could have wrecked the car and might try to get off the hook by putting it on someone else's tab. When a leased vehicle is turned in most dealers will run some sort of paint density scanner over the whole body looking for repaired damage. My father's vehicle had a large dent that was fixed before he bought out the lease and when he turned it in they found it and deducted a small amount even though he knew nothing about it.
Have the body inspected too by a professional so you don't bite someone else's bullet.
