I had the same 2 codes - after changing both sets of O2 sensors to no avail, it was the MAF sensor.

P1128 Oxygen sensing adaptation, idle range, bank 1 1128 is usually a vacuum leak (likely the oil seperator bellows). If P1128 or P1130 (oxygen sensing at rich threshold) is stored in the memory, this means that the fuel/air mixture is too lean. Air leaks ahead of the oxygen sensors can lead to a fault in adaptation. Check exhaust system for leaks. Check for air leaks in intake air system. If nothing obvious check/clean your MAF.

Ouch 500.. if you guys ever need MAF's I think they're about 290 for the 986style and 340 for the 996 style.
