Before a stone cold start, feel the Alternator.Is it warmer than surrounding parts? Tell us exactly how you did the Parasitic Drain test because you may have missed something?

Do what Mr. Gelb suggests. The diodes in the voltage regulator on the back of the alternator are known to go bad and create a huge parasitic draw from the battery. At stone cold, the alternator will feel warm or even hot to the touch. That is what you are checking. You can remove the alternator and have just the voltage regulator replaced, either yourself or at a starter/alternator shop. Use only a Bosch voltage regulator replacement.
