Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Changed my air filter today and noticed a plug was not plugged in and I cannot find where it should connect. I think its been unplugged since Ive owned the car for 2 years. Any ideas? Its located on the passenger side of the air box housing. Theres a few large plugs bundled together, and they all plug in somewhere, except this one. Appreciate your help!

POST 2Original post

Can't be sure without seeing the other side of your plug but it looks similar to the one in this pic that's below where the engine lid harness plugs in.

POST 3Original post

I have that too. Have not tested it - but it has all the makings of trailer light hookup. Someone please disprove this theory.

POST 4Original post

Refer to this thread. Its a test connector. I does not plug into anything.

POST 5Original post

There is a plastic holder that it fits in, just to keep it clean and out of the way.
