Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

also forgot.....i set my height a tad higher as to max out the camber adjustment at -1.2 degree without having to get adjustable control arms.

now if i drop it further for track day the negative camber setting will automatically increase and after i'm back home i reset the ride height back to my measurement and my camber gets set back for decent tire wear.

So level your sway bar and set the connector height accordingly....watch for the sway bar to rear strut brace clearence.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

If you set the ride height too low you won't be able to set any reasonable negative camber adjustments and your tires will suffer from camber wear without adjustable control arms.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I got these in the mail today and am anxiously awaiting installation. I also ordered some replacement items and plan on reusing the shock cone washers and the upper mount shock stop plates. Aside from the new parts I have and what i plan on reusing, am I missing anything you can think of? I ordered new shock mounts for the rear as well.
The only installation threads i could find with any detail were around turbo application and it seems the fronts have an aluminum spacer and helper springs that the C2 version I received do not.
Anyone here install this set up themselves that can confirm and lend any words of wisdom? I have worked on suspension on other cars in the past and consider myself a better than average shade tree mechanic.
I would be interested in anything unique to this particular set up that I should be on the lookout for.....
thanks!
Dont have a whole lot to add on this other than I believe the process is very similar to the install on a 997 C2. There was a very detailed write up in PDF that I downloaded from somewhere. Hopefully the author doesn't mind me re-sharing it.
It's a pretty straight forward installation. The only trick would be to set the rear sway bar end link connection properly before you tighten things up. Once the coilovers are installed you can't completely turn the sway bar end link connector due to the drive shaft...even if undo the drive shaft bolts at the transmission. So level your sway bar and set the connector height accordingly....watch for the sway bar to rear strut brace clearence. If your sway bar ends are angled upward it will affect your rear strut brace clearence.
You'll like the ride....it's stiffer but not harsh. Mines a daily driver so i set my ride height a tad higher so i didn't have to deal with too much road bump issues. Plus with the H&R's i can adjust them lower anytime

I just use a digital level for camber adjustment so it's not too scientific.
