Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Have been looking at this car. They are asking 98K. Any thoughts on a good price range for this car? Thanks in advance! http://lamborghinilasvegas.com/mainp....php?cid=4052C

POST 2Original post

Michael, these (2001's) are being had in the high 60s to low 70's! I can't believe they have the ***** to ask 98 for it.

POST 3Original post

2,414 miles on a 2001 Turbo is a crime. I'm sure that's why they think it's worth so much. I wouldn't buy a 5 year old car with that low mileage.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks guys! Seemed really high, wasnt sure if the mileage made it worth more. Always great input!

POST 5Original post

Worth less actually. Nobody is going wanna go near a 6 year old car with 2400 miles. Christ, it was only driven 400 miles a year? I do that in 1-2 weeks!

POST 6Original post

A quick search on Porsche.com 2001 coupe pre-owned offerings, has prices varying from $85k and down, NOTHING higher, with most offering the certified warranty. These guys are smoking something. For $12k you could add ANY option you wanted, a couple times over. If you have your heart set on a red one, get one for $5k less and 2 years younger.... http://momentum.porschedealer.com/pr...ntoryid=234793

POST 7Original post

They're smoking junk, and that interior color combo is not exactly "in demand".

POST 8Original post

I'm just curious... Exactly what is the minimum yearly mileage that a car is supposed to have on it? My 01 996TT has 5K miles, so I guess I've ruined the car by now?

POST 9Original post

Ok. I'll bite. If the car has been maintained by the book...meaning that maintenance was done by time instead of mileage then a 5 year old Turbo should have had 5 oil changes as well as a 30K service. If all that was actually done then a low mileage car would be worth more than a high mileage car in my book. The point made in this thread is that a car with such low mileage at a crazy price is not worth it just because it has such super low miles.

POST 10Original post

Add to that: NO BumperPlugs and NO painted rear bumperettes. I'd pass. They are smoking crack. Ridiculous. I'm watching some dealer used lots now with Turbo S Cabs from '05 with miles and they are asking $130k range for the cars. Watch them eat their floorplan in a few months.
