Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I recently replaced my front suspension a few months ago and stripped a bolt that keeps the sway bar in place. The bolt attaches to the boomerang looking item that mounts over the sway bar, where the bushings are. It seems like all three holes are different sizes, but the two on each end of the bushing may be the same, or very similar. One of these bolts is the one I stripped.
Anyone know the best way to repair something like this? Do I have to completely re-thread the hole and get a new bolt? I've never done that before, and not sure what size bolts I should get, once I rent the kit at autozone to re-thread, if that's what I need to do.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Pull the bolt, measure the diameter and thread pitch. Most hardware stores and autoparts stores have a board with nuts and bolts that u can thread into to confirm the size and pitch. Order or pick up the correct heli-coil kit and drill bit for the bolt. Watch a youtube video on installing a heli-coil and u will be a pro in no time

I do own a torque wrench but it's so big i cannot use it in tight areas....I need to get a newer one that is more agile. Any recommendations? Can I harbor Freight it, or do i need to spend good money for it?
There are some good YouTube videos where they compare expensive torque wrenches with inexpensive ones. There was one inexpensive one, from Harbor Freight as I recall, that had slightly better numbers than the equivalent Snap On wrench. The sample size was only one wrench, but you could extrapolate that the Harbor Freight wrench was decent quality. I don't recall which model it was so you will have to do a little research.
Lat one i got was from lowes. It was plenty close for non engine assembly. The good thing is they will give u a lifetime warrente on it unlike craftsman.
