The standard aftermarket x51 pan adds about 1 quart.

My X51 motor has same capacity as stock 3.6, only it has baffled sump.....

I swear I just read this in my owners manual, 9.5 quarts (full) stock sump. Make sure you fill your oil filter canister before installing it. Use your dipstick to check as you fill and don't go over the halfway point. JR has a great video on oil consumption and how and when to top off. Bore scoring #3B on YouTube.
