I think this is the 1st time Ive ever attempted to use the washer!
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I saw it hit the windshield, really weird. It looked like a large piece of flat ice & was loud. Did not break the glass. After getting home I noticed that the chrome looking cap on the R headlight passenger side is gone.
i have no idea what that is??
how do i get one to replace it?
thank you!
there are no headlight washer nozzles on the light but I think I was pulling the wiper pump when it popped off. The windshield nozzle never sprayed water though.
i found the pump emptied the reservoir under the car.
not sure what this is?
That's the washer nozzle. When you spray your windshield, they pop up and also spray the lights. You can grab a set of pliers and pull it up yourself to have a look.
That's the cap over the washer nozzle. You may be able to find a replica on ebay, but the part number for the left one is 996-928-143-00. Here is a link:

I don't have the instructions in front of me but you basically pull up the remaining washer unit and unclip it. The new one you simply push into place until you hear a click.
The cover over the pop-up roll bars...I don't think it is sold separately. Try eBay or salvage yard. I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a part number for that.
