Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
Of course a 996 helps sell homes but you must use a non-fried egg model (i.e., model year 1999.5 or newer) to be really effective...

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Whoever is selling this place certainly thinks so! Noticed this while randomly clicking through high priced listings in downtown Chicago. It's the lead image.

Guess if you can afford the $3500 a month in HOA dues, you can afford to maintain an old 996.
Oh it definitely helps! I slid mine into the driveway on some pics of a listing a couple years back, the guy who bought the house was a big 928 guy and mentioned the pic a few times during the showing.
Buyers relator is almost as big of POS as the buyer is. No funds at closing (thanks BoA ) , Buyer still wanted keys to house, Uh I don't think so.
His relator called at 4:300 next day for a closing at 5:00, Uh I don't think so.
Supposedly closing today, so we'll see. Beyer wanted 2500.00 adjustment for things he didn't like at walk through, Told them tough Si#t so have called those items at inspection so I could have fixed them (minor paint scuff's etc)
I think the guy wanted a new Garage floor surface for his toys.
For all the work the relator does, she isn't really making as much as you think. Her firm makes the majority.
I don't like spending 25K on commissions, but House did sell in less than 5 days, with 2 firm offers. Wish I had taken the cheaper one , He was less of an *** the actual buyer.
I just bought a house 2 weeks ago and my current house is under contract. There IS a lot of backstabbing BS for sure. And I love how people can no-show without any recourse, yet I have to leave my house and prep it, the agent has to show up, but the buyers can just not show. And their agents dont usually give a heads up and apologize.
Parked a couple in my neighbors garage after he moved into his new custom house. Worked for sure sold 2 weeks later, new owner is bmw car guy that came to pca de with me in his ls m3 a month after moving in.
