Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Checked the line on the right of the power cable and didn't appear the leak is from there back but rather behind the power steering pump and AC compressor which without any tools I can't see much behind.

Suggestion
You'll just need a replacement hose, jack up the front end off the ground, fill the system, turn the wheel right/left/right/left with no load on it to bleed the system, adjust final fill and you'll be good to go.
Leading evidence: 'Check line' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust final' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

My question is, what's the chance that this is just the high pressure line disconnected from the pump or did I lose the pump?

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

As I was leaving parking lot Saturday morning. Turning wheel to the right and before i get to wheel lock, I heard a subtle 'pop'. kind of like when you run over a juice pouch slowly. As I proceed to leave the parking spot and unwinding my steering, it gets heavier and heavier and I suspected that maybe my tire blew but also wondered about my powersteering. I have left the parking spot at this point and didn't want to risk reversing and turning my wheel to full lock to the right, I let the car slide down hill and found another spot that I can pull into.
Stopped the car and at this point I see light white smoke from the passenger side engine bay. Got out of the car and saw fluid gushing out next to the passenger side rear wheel. I pop the truck and the smoke actually stopped at this point. I saw fluid sprayed all over the right side of the engine bay. Quickly confirmed this is power steering fluid. Green in color and I checked the power steering reservoir and it is empty at this point. Checked the line on the right of the power cable and didn't appear the leak is from there back but rather behind the power steering pump and AC compressor which without any tools I can't see much behind. Have it towed to the closest shop and they will do assessment today.
My question is, what's the chance that this is just the high pressure line disconnected from the pump or did I lose the pump? Could any damage happened at the rack?
There hasn't been any sign or noise that I noticed from the engine bay and I don't recall any noise when I was parking the car or turning the steering one way or the other.
I would say it's a hose that blew. You'll just need a replacement hose, jack up the front end off the ground, fill the system, turn the wheel right/left/right/left with no load on it to bleed the system, adjust final fill and you'll be good to go.
I bet it was a return line (low pressure) as the high pressure lines are usually more stout. Best of luck, I wouldn't be worried about it. Just happened to me on my Audi S8. Replaced the hose and good to go.
